Since the Movement suggests we follow the <strong>Platinum Rule<\/strong>: <em>Treat Others the Way They Want to Be Treated<\/em>, our members will encounter myriac differences in others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To prepare us to deal well with these differences, we introduce you to Platinum Communicaations, a roadmap to a set of communication skills that contribute to dealing with differences. Know your audience first and then act.&nbsp; Avoid acting without really knowing the other person.&nbsp; Put others first.&nbsp; Think differently about how to know and treat others.&nbsp; These skills are a model for relating to others. These practices are <strong><em>transformative<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Transformation is never easy.&nbsp;\nThere is a lot to do.&nbsp; Getting to\nknow \u2018how others want to be treated\u2019 is challenging \u2013 and \u2013 you are the one who\nmust meet the challenge. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Platinum Communications<\/strong> is the orderly skills framework that shapes the Platinum Rule for everyday use.&nbsp; It structures the wide range of communication skills that collectively position you to deeply understand others.&nbsp;We will also share experiential stories that demonstrate these skills in practice.
