This practice is&nbsp;<strong><em>transformative<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Transformation is never easy.&nbsp; There is a lot to do.&nbsp; Getting to know \u2018how others want to be treated\u2019 is challenging \u2013 and \u2013 you are the one who must meet the challenge. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Platinum Communications<\/strong>&nbsp;is the orderly skills framework that shapes the Platinum Rule for everyday use.&nbsp; It structures the wide range of communication skills that collectively position you to deeply understand others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The framework was not in our minds when we started.&nbsp; Our purpose was to share a lifetime of stories.&nbsp; As the stories appeared, we grouped them.&nbsp; As the stories accumulated, their grouping suggested they fit into a hierarchy.&nbsp; Eventually the hierarchy emerged.&nbsp;&nbsp; To our surprise, all the stories fit into that structure\u2019s components.&nbsp; This convinced us that the structure was real \u2013 and \u2013 of exceptional value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This structure will be described in a Tutorial delivered as 3 separate posts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Tutorial 1: Need for Improved Communication Skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Tutorial 2: The Four Levels within Platinum Communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Tutorial 3: The Ten Components of Platinum Communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We will also share experiential stories that demonstrate these skills in practice.
