Ideas

Leadership is both internal and external…that which we choose to do as measured by our own conduct and that which we do to influence others.

Our intention in this section is to garner observations from persons who:

  • casually know us
  • are considered friends
  • are relatives or very close
  • are bosses, same level or subordinates

We hope for a program which generates responses and a continuing dialogue to a broad array of observations and can be used to provide useful insight as to one’s behavioral patterns.  Once known, there is an opportunity to change the approach to dealing with others and/or to reevaluate how we deal with ourselves in solving problems or taking advantage of opportunities.  Awareness can be the first step of change,  and change in the right direction will influence our effectiveness.
